RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We are making concerted efforts to have good product details, photography and are confident that with your careful consideration of our size guides you will purchase a correct fit. However, if you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and saleable condition with all tags intact and original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods. With our swim wear for reasons of hygiene, without a hygiene liner we are unable to accept your return and exchange the item.
We are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. When sending the parcel back, please obtain a proof of postage. For international returns we do offer an extended returns period. Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.
It usually takes between 3-5 working days from receipt of your returned parcel to process.
WHAT IF MY RETURN IS LATE?
Any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse centre. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM(S)?
Final sale items cannot be refunded; this includes all discounted and promotional items. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to email@example.com for guidance.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern and order ID# in the subject line, i.e. return for EXCHANGE, order ID. XXXXXX or return for REFUND, order ID. XXXXXX
And include the reason for requesting the return. Actual processing will follow after an evaluation by our service team.

Please Note: none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If you wish to exchange something in your order, you can either place a new order online for the replacement item if you are in a rush for your product, then return what you don’t want to keep as above. When exchanging in this way, please put your new order number in the box provided on the returns form, and any postage you paid on your new order we will be refunded. If you are happy to wait, you can simply return your order with a note requesting your exchange and the Returns team can swap this over for you, stock allowing.
We will process your refund from receipt of the returned goods and according to your original payment method, i.e. PayPal, credit card payment, bank deposit. The corresponding processing fees of the payment method will be charged to you and will be subtracted from the total refund due to you.
