Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online? You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Can I get an invoice for my order? You will receive a receipt by email once we charge your credit card. If you request an invoice we will be happy to provide one.

How do I cancel my order? Please contact Blood Red by phone or email and we can cancel or change the order for you.

How long does it take to receive my order? On receiving your order we endeavour to dispatch within 1-5 working days. For further information contact our Customer Service Team.

How much do you charge for delivery? Our system will automatically calculate the Shipping Cost once you fill out your Shipping Address in the Checkout Page. Please check our shipping rates on our Delivery Information Page.

How will my items be sent? We use Royal Mail for small items and couriers for larger orders.

I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them? We always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock the items will be sent out as soon as they arrive.

What if I’m not in when you deliver? There will be a card left so you can rearrange re-delivery.

What is our returns policy? In case you are not 100% happy about your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, within 30 days of your purchase date, on the condition that the item is “as new” and in its original packaging.

Take note: “as new” for Blood Red means an item is unwashed and unworn, with tags intact. We strongly recommend for you to store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Customer agrees to shoulder shipping costs for items that will be returned to Blood Red.

What is our Exchanges Policy? As long as the item is “as new” Blood Red will accept it and replace your purchase with a Blood Red item of your choice, subject to availability. We will refund any difference in price or take additional payment as necessary.

Please note: Items that are damaged as a result of normal, excessive, or long term usage are not considered to be faulty. If a faulty item has been worn, it must be freshly laundered before being returned. In the interest of hygiene, if we receive a worn & unwashed garment, it will not be processed for exchange or refund.

What is our refund policy? We will process your refund according to your original payment method, i.e. Paypal, credit card payment, bank deposit. The corresponding processing fees of the payment method will be charged to you, and will be subtracted from the total refund due to you. Please note that we aim to process your refunds 5 to 10 working days from receipt of the returned goods, but actual crediting to your account will be according to the processing periods of Paypal, your credit card company, or your bank.
